Victorian Regional Channels Authority (VRCA) has implemented operational changes to protect its capability to provide safe and efficient commercial navigation in the port waters of Geelong and Hastings.
The primary change is that all non-operational staff are working remotely to limit interaction with operational staff, who are involved in the monitoring and direction of vessels in the port waters.
Our move to support members of our team working remotely where this is appropriate also supports VRCA’s commitment to transmission reduction and social distancing measures across our community.
VRCA is working collaboratively with Government, port managers and service providers to keep our vital supply chains operating.
